Your tasks

  • Assignment of documents to transport carriers
  • Recording of container data
  • Entering and transmitting container data
  • Reporting of additional costs and forwarding of order data to customer service
  • Verification of container registrations
  • Checking of declining truck orders
  • Requesting missing documents from subcontractors if necessary
  • Processing and verification of transport documents
  • Customs clearance
  • Communication with freight forwarders and manufacturers
  • Fulltime employment
Your profile

  • Good computer skills
  • Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and spoken English skills
