    At Solotech, we are actively searching for an experienced Software Product Manager to spearhead our front-end digital product team, tasked with identifying opportunities and crafting advanced digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of hands-on experience in digital product management, coupled with a customer-first mindset, a deep understanding of software product management, and a proficiency in developing robust data pipelines for tracking, analyzing, and enhancing our digital products. This role is pivotal in translating user needs into tangible digital business opportunities.

    Your day will look like this:

    • Drive strategies and long-term vision to build best-in-class digital products (Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, Yotpo, etc.).
    • Conduct user research, usability studies, and implement AB testing protocols in collaboration with designers, developers, and research teams throughout the product development process.
    • Craft a comprehensive product vision for both short and long terms, converting it into a concrete strategy for the team to execute.
    • Participate actively in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify opportunities for new or enhanced features and functionalities.
    • Collaborate with organizational leaders to formulate roadmaps that align with broader company planning, incorporating objective AB testing methodologies.
    • Partner with the systems team to manage roadmaps and backlogs for all digital products.
    • Oversee the end-to-end product development process, emphasizing requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
    • Collaborate with leaders to identify key capabilities and address potential issues proactively, incorporating AB testing results into decision-making processes.
    • Regularly engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization, utilizing AB testing for data-driven decision-making.
    • Collaborate with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging, ensuring differentiation from competitors through AB tested strategies.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, facilitating ongoing iteration and improvement with insights gleaned from AB testing.

    Your profile:

    • Bachelors degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
    • Experience in usability and a proven track record of customer-focused design.
    • Passion for building exceptional products that solve customer and business problems.
    • Proficiency in implementing AB testing methodologies to remove subjectivity from decision-making.
    • Ability to solve complicated problems.
    • Thoroughness and attention to detail
    • Well-developed organizational skills
    • Strong relational and interpersonal skills

    Work Requirements:

    • Time will be spent in an office setting.
    • Work hours may vary depending on deadlines and the needs of the Company.
    • Typical workweeks are the standard 40 hours.
    • Environment may be fast paced and stressful.
