Job Summary:

Job Expectations:

Lead iHerb's global performance commissionbased affiliate, content, influencer and customer referral strategies to drive new and existing customer acquisition and growth.
Develop and orchestrate a new referral partner recruitment strategy, as well as onboarding via both internal team and external agency and platform resources.
Create strategic account plans to drive ongoing growth of existing partnerships.
Collaborate with product and IT teams on integration and new feature development across owned and licensed referral platforms. (Proprietary customer referral platform, as well as Partnerize and Impact)
Own and manage the global performance partnerships budget, including forecasting, opportunity sizing, and international market priorities.
Work closely with marketing operations and creative services teams to align with existing promotional calendar, as well as development of channelspecific creative and promotions.
Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing channel lead and BI team to understand incrementality of referral channels, and adapt strategy to maximize impact of marketing investment.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Required:

10+ years of affiliate, performance partnerships and/or customer referral program experience in DTC ecommerce.
5+ years of experience managing people and teams but is not above rolling up your sleeves to assist in execution. Needs to be comfortable with leading and doing
Experience in growthstage ecommerce company highly preferred
Both a strong strategic thinker, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into strong marketing strategies, and a highly organized "doer," with a datadriven mentality and a bias towards action
Customeroriented and hyperanalytical, with a positive, entrepreneurial spirit.
Proven record of partnering cross functionally to drive top line growth

Equipment Knowledge:

Deep knowledge and experience with top affiliate marketing platforms, including Partnerize, Impact, as well as affiliate networks like Commission Junction and Awin.
Experience with Iterable or similar CRM platform preferred.
Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred

Experience Requirements:

Generally requires a minimum of ten (10) plus years of digital CRM, retention, and/or marketing operations experience, preferably in DTC ecommerce

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
