YOUR ROLE:


  • Over the course of 24 months in the HR management trainee program, you will be given important tasks and projects in various HR areas to enable, engage, and energize our workforce.
  • The program provides a comprehensive overview of the role and responsibilities of HR at Henkel, preparing you for rapid career development within the company. Rotation chapters will cover topics such as HR strategy, recruiting, job architecture, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, workforce planning, development planning, and more.
  • As part of the program, you will have an experienced mentor to guide you, help identify your individual career prospects, provide feedback on your performance, and agree on development measures with you. You will also benefit from a superior onboarding experience.
