    We have quality leads with our strong marketing and are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with strong communication, analysis, and customer service skills to join our team and assist loan applicants in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase. Our organization provides the support, and tools you need to bring your business to the next level.     Compensation:

    $40,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Educate and counsel customers on the best home financing solutions
    • Prequalify loan applicants by analyzing financial background
    • Provide applicants with information regarding the loan application process
    • Obtain a complete loan application including all supporting documents to process the loan
    • Resolve customer needs in an expeditious and professional manner
    • Manage a pipeline of loans
    • Ensure a smooth transaction by communicating with all parties in the transaction
    Qualifications:
    • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability
    • Proficiency with Encompass or similar Loan Originating Software
    • Dedication to growing yourself and your skills
    • Desire to grow and be coachable with the best leadership in the industry
    • 3+ years of experience in working with purchase and refinance borrowers successfully
    • Knowledge of basic loan programs to structure loans correctly
