- Conduct month-end financial reporting and accounting tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations with a focus on lease accounting
- Document accounting processes/procedures and internal control framework
- Assist other departments in achieving organizational goals and meeting deadlines
- Participate in ad hoc projects to support other internal initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Possess fundamental accounting knowledge
- Exhibit analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across different company departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups for handling large volumes of data
- CPA credential or working towards CPA designation
- Familiarity with internal control and SOX regulations
- Experience in public accounting
- Background in a multi-legal entity environment
- Proficiency in a Large ERP environment, experience with Viewpoint software is a plus
