- Perform a wide variety of field duties for both routine/scheduled and emergency environmental projects to include: inspection, maintenance, monitoring, construction oversight, air monitoring, and operations and maintenance of remediation systems
- Conduct environmental sampling and monitoring for various media and contaminants of concern by following established procedures
- Opportunity to respond to environmental emergencies to perform field tasks.
- Prepare technical correspondence, project proposals, technical reports, work plans, and project specifications including cost estimates and budgets - Data compilation, reduction, interpretation, evaluation/comparison to environmental regulatory standards
- Sound understanding of soil and groundwater investigation and remediation strategies
- Client engagement approach and stewardship
- Complex problem solving as it relates to environmental remediation and economic decision making
- Balancing the triangle of Scope, Schedule, and Budget to produce the best results possible for our clients
- Diverse professional networks spanning the globe and multitudes of fields
- Opportunities to engage in a wide range of environmental and geographical settings
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
- 0-3 years' experience
- Willingness to respond to call outs during non-routine working hours
- Must reside near our GHD Office
