    Location: Dallas, Texas (onsite 3x a week)

    Salary: $145-200,000 base

    A global media giant is looking for an experienced Executive Communications Lead to directly support a C-level Marketing Executive and drive thought leadership for their organization. As the Executive Communications Lead to the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies that enhance the visibility and influence of the marketing organization both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can quickly shift priorities and succeed in a dynamic environment.

    The Role:

    • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive executive communications strategy, ensuring alignment with the organizations marketing and growth objectives.
    • Manage the Executive's LinkedIn profile, crafting engaging content that reflects their leadership and the organization's vision.
    • Work closely with the chief of staff to streamline and enhance internal communications, particularly during periods of significant organizational transformation.
    • Design and implement external visibility plan. Manage media opportunities, build and maintain relationships with reporters, and coordinate speaking engagements to promote the organizations marketing and growth story.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications & PR team to identify and develop spokesperson opportunities for the Marketing Executive. Work with the Corporate Communications team to ensure these efforts align with the overall executive visibility and spokesperson strategy.
    • Provide general communications support for the marketing leadership team, exercising strong diplomacy and decision-making skills in a streamlined executive support environment.

    Qualifications:

    • 12+ years of experience in executive communications, public relations, or a related field, preferably within a large organization.
    • Deep expertise in the Marketing and Advertising space, with a diverse background working for major Fortune 500 brands.
    • Strong social media management skills, particularly on LinkedIn.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage media relations and coordinate high-profile
    • speaking engagements.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft
    • compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle
    • multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Gravitas and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with C-Level executives.
