- Adds value to the facilities maintenance team through hands on and technical abilities (electrical), contribution to maintenance strategies and delivery of excellent customer service.
- Supports maintenance of all systems and equipment including (but not limited to) electrical, plumbing, lighting, office equipment, tool machinery, snow removal equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC systems and Tow Motors.
- Perform monthly duties, assignments and preventative maintenance according to the Equipment Maintenance Aspect List. Ensure all completed work and repairs completed are logged accordingly.
- Takes on day to day assignments as directed by the Supervisor. Responds to assigned tickets received from the internal ticketing system and emails in a timely manner.
- Interacts with all employees in a team-oriented environment.
- Available for emergency on-call maintenance when needed.
- 5 years related experience or completion of Trade School or a combination of education and experience in Electrical (480Volt3phase), Tow Motors, Machine repair
- Computer knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Must be able to work effectively independently and as a member of a team. Leadership experience an asset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people throughout the organization.
- Must be flexible and adaptable to a variety of work assignments.
