- Installation and repair of mechanical systems, pipe fitting, and plumbing, rigging, welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, machine trouble-shooting and repair.
- Prepare purchase requisitions for materials needed for stock and for the completion of projects.
- Perform inspection rounds and train other Maintenance employees.
- May perform minor electrical repairs.
- All work must be done in a safe, neat and accurate manner.
- Housekeeping must be maintained.
- Must adhere to any Quality Process implemented by the Company PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of trade or maintenance experience within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment or approved mechanics training program
- Must be able to read, write and speak English, execute simple math and be able to follow verbal and written instruction.
