    Description

    We are seeking a fun, group-motivated individual to join our Sales Admin Team. This person will be responsible for supporting the needs of our sales reps and helping to create a healthy team environment here at Groove.This person will use their communication and motivational skills to ensure that the sales team has everything they need to reach their full potential at Groove.

    *This shift is in the office Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST*

    What you'll own

    • Communication and Organizational support to our Sales Team
    • Update accurate sales and account information within the company CRM, Salesforce
    • Create, edit, and submit contracts and sales documentation for approval
    • Create Residential orders and order equipment for shipping
    • Continually manage and submit assigned monthly reports
    • Other duties as assigned

    Experience and skills you'll have

    • Knowledge of Google Suites recommended and preferred
    • At least one year of continuous work experience required
    • Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets and Adobe
    • Works well in a team environment
