Currently, we have been tasked by a global leader in the packaging industry to fill the role of Director of Operations in the greater Green Bay, WI area. This pivotal position entails overseeing all plant operations and spearheading initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will be charged with identifying opportunities to optimize production processes, drive continual enhancements, foster positive employee relations, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

This role is instrumental, offering the chance to play a key part in shaping the future growth and prosperity of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage operations with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet and surpass business goals
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and balanced managerial style to empower teams and fulfill commitments
- Identify and implement best practices throughout the organization
- Strategically plan and oversee manufacturing operations to minimize costs while meeting performance metrics
- Provide leadership and drive employee development through talent acquisition, training, coaching, and motivation aligned with business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record in a metrics-driven environment with emphasis on OEE
- Experience in leading cultural transformations considered a strong asset

Total Compensation:
$230,000 - $260,000
