    Work with us as an Operations Director at Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG)!

    V&EG is a leading services supplier offering solutions for various industries like Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Food, and Medical Devices. As the Operations Director, you'll play a crucial role in managing company operations, overseeing resources, and developing strategies to enhance profitability and efficiency.



    GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

    • Manage company operations and processes effectively
    • Implement strategies to boost profits and support company well-being
    • Define operational policies and guidelines
    • Supervise finance, human resources, and administration areas

    ESSENTIALS RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and revise operational policies as needed
    • Oversee compliance with company policies and SOPs
    • Supervise finance and HR departments
    • Analyze financial data and adjust budgets for profitability
    • Negotiate commercial contracts for best prices
    • Plan and execute development strategies for services
    • Ensure alignment of internal processes and business strategies
    • Manage information systems to meet company goals
    • Evaluate financial statements to improve efficiency monthly
    • Ensure legal compliance and payment of taxes and benefits
    • Activate Business Continuity Plan when needed
    • Participate in meetings and forums for company benefit

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
    • Four years of experience in a similar role
    • CPA License is a plus
