We are currently seeking flexible, cheerful, and assertive leaders to join our team as Shift Managers (m/f/d) at our location in Mannheim.

In collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:


  • Organizing the operations at Jamy's Burger location.
  • Ensuring a flawless appearance of the entire dining area according to guidelines.
  • Monitoring productivity, labor costs, and inventory usage.
  • Conducting daily and monthly financial reports.
  • Recruiting, scheduling, and managing staff, as well as conducting regular training sessions.
  • Creating schedules for kitchen, bar, and service staff.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards.

Your profile:

  • Do you have a professional training in the food service industry or related fields?
  • Do you have experience in business management, particularly in personnel management and cost control?
  • Are you outgoing, dedicated, and highly serviceoriented?
  • Do you work well independently, with a structured and goaloriented approach?
