- Review shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with construction documents.
- Monitor the delivery of needed materials for projects, ensuring timely deliveries and appropriate billing
- Review and track project invoices to ensure the appropriate billings and manage material needs
- Maintain job files to ensure continuity of workflow
- Review, distribute, and track RFI's
- Work within a fast-paced environment
- Be an independent self-starter who will be backed by a highly supportive culture and team atmosphere
- Be prepared to travel throughout the southeast. Travel is required for this position due to the nature of our work PM22 Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering,
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sitework construction projects: erosion control, excavation, or utility installation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
