Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ensuring material availability for production
Coordination and tracking of delivery dates and communication to production
Creation of delivery schedule calls and calls on quantity contracts/value contracts
Transmission of calls to suppliers and obtaining/entering order confirmations
Initiating appropriate measures to secure delivery dates in case of delays
Coordination with suppliers regarding logistical process optimizations

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
Successfully completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering or completed vocational training in the commercial/technical field with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d)
First professional experience in the desired field, ideally in the metal processing industry
Extensive knowledge of SAP modules MM/PP and proficient in MS Office
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
High level of independence and responsibility, as well as willingness to occasionally travel to suppliers and other locations
