Technical Customer Support Representative (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) for our renowned client with the following tasks:

Providing technical support to the sales team on all technical matters: products, technologies, solutions, features, standards, guidelines, and references
Regular internal technical communication within the company
Designing and creating trainings, as well as developing inperson and digital training materials (e.g. online trainings and explainer videos) for our customers
Managing the inhouse studio equipment
Assisting our customers through personal onsite contact
Adapting documentation, user manuals, and installation notes
