- Content creation for use on social media and other web platforms to drive traffic and promote our various service lines, properties for lease and corporate culture
- Lead content creation and production of property marketing materials. Materials include, but are not limited to brochures, email blasts, invitations, announcements, and other materials while ensuring adherence to brand standards
- Conduct market research and analysis to include in materials
- Create/edit maps and aerial photographs in Google Earth Pro, SitesUSA and more
- Assist leasing and brokerage team in their day-to-day activities, ensuring deadlines are met and high quality, Flagship-branded materials are created that elevate our brand
- Assist in the creation and delivery of time-sensitive deliverables (Requests for Proposals, Investor Presentations, etc.)
- Plan, attend, and implement broker events, conferences, trade shows, or networking events as requested to ensure that each event supports brand messaging and meaningful value to our team and attendees
- Prepare and maintain leasing reports for listing assignments
- Manage property listings in a variety of on-line marketing databases
- Assist in creating and implementing new digital media strategies such as video content, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, etc.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
- Produce timely and accurate word-processed documents (reports, memos, charts, agreements, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
- Proofread all materials for spelling, grammar, and layout; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
- Manage client information requests, including preparation and delivery of information
- Maintain information in the company CRM database, including but not limited to: entering new contacts and/or Companies, creating groups and/or running reports
- Create and maintain transaction files to track all transaction-related documentation, including listing agreements, tenant representation agreements, commission agreements, etc.
- Submit check requests to Corporate Accounts Payable Department
- Maintain filing system and efficient information retrieval system
- Conduct database research and management
- Assist with other tasks and special projects as needed
- Bachelor's Degree or Commensurate Experience
- 2+ years in marketing support role
- Knowledgeable of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat)
- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Real Estate experience a plus

The Leasing & Marketing Associate will be a member of the marketing team and will work closely with the leasing and brokerage department to develop and execute marketing strategies for both the department and the overall company.
