    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to managementUtilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customersWork with management producing business communications, success stories, new ideas and other initiative.

    Determine and set up social media presenceRespond to inquiries submitted through social media and online review sites YELP and Google+, promoting expansion of online customer reviewsOther Advertising, Marketing and Networking:

    Actively promote property through outreach marketing & event marketingDevelop outreach event ideas in marketCollaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the Charlotte region.

    Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clientsUpdate client information in the company contact database.

    Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growthFollowing Up on Leads (Inbound Leads and Cold Calling)Generate ReferralsDiscussing logisticsProvide Excellent Customer Service - Follow up and Follow throughMeet or Exceed Goals Set by ManagementMake AppointmentsReport Your Pipeline and Sales to Sales & ManagementBuild Strong Client Relationships through a Consultative Sales ApproachConduct Market Surveys of competitors in the area


    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Associate degree (A. A.) from a College or University; or 3+ years of sales and marketing experience

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
