    Responsibilities

    · Perform daily ordering of all inventory items: aluminium, steel, small components, powders, tools and PPE.

    · Organize repetitive audits, annual inventory counts and ad hoc spot checks to assure inventory accuracy in the ERP system.

    · Reconcile inventory counts and perform root cause analysis of all discrepancies.

    · Lead the procurement process from identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

    · Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and favourable terms.

    · Continuously evaluate and monitor supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

    · Develop and maintain performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of supplier relations and procurement processes.

    · Transform spend and historical data into key insights and opportunities to decrease expenditure.

    · Coordinate for best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement that align with stakeholders.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

    · Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality, and performance with commercial suppliers.

    · Guarantee appropriate communication, reporting and cooperation with all stakeholders.

    · Minimize working capital/inventories.

    · Identify key materials for regional sourcing and contact potential business partners to start sourcing discussions.

    · Establish production part approval processes and new vendor evaluation programs.

    · Any responsibilities that management considers as part of your duties.
