    Job Overview

    Primary focus of the Production Demand Planner (SIOP Analyst) is to create and maintain the sales, inventory, and production plans in partnership with cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for gaining alignment of SIOP plan with Sales, Scheduling, and Operations to achieve the companys business objectives. In addition, they will be responsible for developing item & warehouse level demand plans and assisting in the creation of component consumption forecasts.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Facilitate regular SIOP meetings with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Executive teams.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product Development teams to develop accurate monthly demand plans across all Pro-Grade business units
    • Work closely with Operations teams to ensure production capacity aligns with demand requirements
    • Coordinate with Scheduling and Fulfillment teams to optimize the production schedule and drive improvements in customer delivery, inventory optimization, and labor efficiency
    • Identify root cause SIOP variances and coordinate with teams on corrective actions to demand and supply plans
    • Drive Manufacturing Footprint Optimization initiatives by ensuring alignment between production strategy and network capabilities
    • Monitor key performance indicators related to SIOP processes
    • Take ownership of customer centric culture by reinforcing positive and respectful relationships with both internal and external partners
    • Provide assistance with other projects and reporting upon request to support the business

    Minimum Job Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
    • + 3 years of SIOP, Demand, Production, or Merchandise Planning experience
    • Intermediate/Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PPT, and PBI
    • Excellent time management, communication, teamwork, and complex problem-solving skills
