    This job is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Regional Information Technology Division.

    Responsible for leading a small team who deliver and support solutions for the Flight Operations group at the wholly owned AA regional carriers.

    This particular lead will serve as the Product Owner for dispatch, weight & balance and runway performance software and provide the Operations teams at the Regional carriers with the appropriate level of support.

    What you'll do

    Serves as Product Owner for areas of responsibility
    Work with the Product Group manager to:

    Identify business objectives
    Develop and maintain an application support matrix that includes 24/7/365 access to support using app monitoring GSC and Xmatters

    Works with the Product team to:

    Support the operation
    Revolutionize support ticket and interaction management

    Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders
    Coordinates portfolio management activities for the department

    All you'll need for success

    Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, IT Service Management, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
    5 years of experience in the technology industry, with exposure to enterprise services and related infrastructure
    2 years of experience leading the work of technical staff, either through direct or matrixed resource responsibility

    Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
    5 years of experience with airline operations
    Experience with defining, tracking, and managing technology support
    Experience with defining, tracking, and managing Products and Product Groups
    Experience managing work as part of team within a larger team

    Skills, Licenses & Certifications
    Expert knowledge of MS Excel and MS Teams
    Knowledge of Agile ceremonies
    Knowledge of ADO/Rally capabilities
    Knowledge of core IT Service Management processes
