Your responsibilities with us

  • You will lead a team of approximately 20 internal employees in the BI CoE (Business Intelligence Center of Excellence) department, who develop modern dashboard solutions for all business areas of C&A Europe in agile teams
  • You are responsible for the development of individual team members
  • You live, promote, and help further develop an agile working mindset within the entire unit
  • Strategically and operationally optimize and develop the department in the context of advancing digitalization and company transformation
  • You will be involved in personnel and budget planning
