Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for our customers and act as a liaison between sales and service for automobiles
You will efficiently support our service advisors in scheduling appointments, vehicle intake, and return
You will ensure smooth processes for the provision of replacement vehicles

Profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an automotive salesman, office clerk, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you have a certification as a service assistant or are willing to obtain one
Your communication skills and serviceoriented character are highly developed
