Responsibilities- You will be the first point of contact for our customers and act as a liaison between sales and service for automobiles
- You will efficiently support our service advisors in scheduling appointments, vehicle intake, and return
- You will ensure smooth processes for the provision of replacement vehicles
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an automotive salesman, office clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have a certification as a service assistant or are willing to obtain one
- Your communication skills and serviceoriented character are highly developed
