- Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation to meet Maü's standards of excellence.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in the kitchen.
- Execute various cooking techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking with precision and attention to detail.
- Monitor food levels and communicate with the Sous Chef to ensure timely preparation and minimal wastage.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations to uphold a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately recording stock levels and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional service by promptly fulfilling customer orders and accommodating special requests as needed.
- Previous experience as a line cook in a fast-paced restaurant or culinary environment.
