My Responsibilities

  • You ensure the quality of our personnel cost planning, control and implementation of budget/forecast planning
  • You determine company key figures within the framework of personnel reporting and specific HR key figures
  • You monitor the key figures, conduct variance analyses and, if necessary, proactively escalate issues
  • You are motivated by continuous improvement in personnel controlling and supporting projects in the field of controlling is an additional incentive for you

My Qualifications

  • You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/human resources or a comparable education
  • You already have relevant professional experience in financial or HR controlling and/or accounting
  • First practical experience in a leasing company in an international environment is an advantage
  • You have a confident demeanor and strong communication and teamwork skills
  • You enjoy working independently, proactively and with a high degree of selforganization, structure, reliability and responsibility
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and fluent English will facilitate your daily work.
