- College Education – Associates Degree or above preferred
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable Experience – Required
- Experience leading an Accounts Payable Team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong Computer Experience, MS Office Suite & Comprehensive Accounting System
- Experience with some general ledger accounting – Preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability and experience coaching and mentoring a team in Accounts Payable Department
- Organized, self-starter who enjoys leading and inspiring a team
- Strong Computer experience, Microsoft Office Suite, Experience working with a large ERP, similar to SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
