    Description

    KETRON is seeking a dedicated leader to join our team who possesses a strong drive and sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry. In this role, you will immerse yourself in understanding our processes to cater to our existing 2,000 business clients. You will also focus on cultivating relationships to expand our client base through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will oversee a small team, guiding them through similar tasks. As you master the necessary skills using our systems and processes, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor new team members on current systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Effective supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    • Perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passion for assisting individuals and fostering relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid Driver's License and be eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background and personal transportation are essential
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
