The key role entails understanding our meticulous processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while actively expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, leading a compact team to undertake these responsibilities effectively.
Becoming proficient in coaching and guiding team members is pivotal, paving the way for progression into the role of Agency Director as you master the necessary skills using our established systems and procedures.
This position offers a weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
