    Description

    KETRON is in search of a dynamic individual to join our team who is driven by passion and purpose. With a longstanding history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation.

    The key role entails understanding our meticulous processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while actively expanding our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, leading a compact team to undertake these responsibilities effectively.

    Becoming proficient in coaching and guiding team members is pivotal, paving the way for progression into the role of Agency Director as you master the necessary skills using our established systems and procedures.

    This position offers a weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities, particularly in B2B
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Provide training and mentoring to new team members on existing systems
    • Regularly report field activities utilizing Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership qualities

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail
    • Proven track record of effective time management and meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    • Adept at functioning well in high-paced and occasionally stressful environments
    • Passion for aiding individuals and building strong relationships
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Active engagement within the community
    • Familiarity with CRMs, Salesforce proficiency preferred

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Must possess a clean background and have personal transportation
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before potential advancement
