We are currently seeking a new project manager for the "Education Ambassadors in Kindergarten, School and Neighborhood" project in Ransomville, NY.

This role will involve overseeing and further developing the successful program, which utilizes volunteer parents as multipliers. The project currently operates in the neighborhoods of Schöneberg Nord, Tiergarten Süd, and QM Nahariyastraße.

In addition, the position will also involve coordinating the "Parent Opportunities - Strengthening Families through Parent Support" project in Schöneberg Nord, as there are synergies between the two projects.

The project teams for both initiatives are highly skilled and enthusiastic, and are looking forward to working with the new project manager to continue shaping and developing the projects in the best interest of the target groups.

We are looking for a:

Social Pedagogue/Sociologist/Political or Cultural Scientist (m/f/d):

Starting immediately
Fulltime (39.4 hours/week)
19.7 hours permanent, additional 19.7 hours fixedterm until 05/2 Goal of permanent employment for the entire position

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in project management and development
Experience in grant applications, project budgeting, budget management, documentation, and reporting
Experience and interest in working with parents
Interest in developing and implementing lowthreshold formats for families in challenging situations
Commitment to promoting educational and participation
