Service Management Employee


This is your new task


The use of service providers in claims management is essential. They are a key component in active claims settlement and an important factor in controlling claims expenses. To recognize this central importance, we are looking for new colleagues to further expand in this area.

  • You are the central point of contact for our specialist departments throughout the claims area regarding service providers
  • You act as the interface between claims management and our service providers
  • You ensure good complaint management and act in a solution-oriented manner, involving all stakeholders
  • You support in the creation of tenders and framework agreements and participate in negotiating contractual agreements
  • You plan and coordinate appointments with service providers and conduct them
  • You closely monitor the quality standards and performance
