    Title: Pipefitter

    About the job Pipe fitter (Licensed)

    Open to a new opportunity? Great position for a mid-career or seasoned experienced Licensed Pipe fitter (Journeyman/Master).     • This is a full-time in position with some overtime opportunities
    • Pay rate up to $60/hr
    • Mid to Seasoned Career professional (5+ yrs Mechanical Contractor Project Manager) experience with advancement opportunities

    Responsibilities :

    • Utilize various tools to cut, thread, and bend pipes
    • Employ various welding techniques, including stick welding, to join pipes
    • Install and secure pipes using brackets, clamps, or hangers
    • Conduct thorough testing of piping systems for leaks using pressure gauges or other testing equipment
    • Collaborate with fellow construction professionals to ensure seamless coordination of pipe installation with other trades
    • Perform troubleshooting and repair of pipe systems as required

    Requirements:

    • Able to demonstrated expertise as a Pipefitter, and operating power tools proficiently
    • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics
    • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems and components
    • Capability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team
    • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
    • Physical endurance to undertake tasks involving heavy lifting and working in confined spaces
    • Lift up to 75 lbs
    • Have hand tools
    • Clean driving record.
