As the Head of Cross-Channel Communications for our company in Virginia City, NV, you play a crucial role in our marketing team.

Together, we strive to create a community of confident home cooks who feel inspired, empowered, and at ease in their kitchen.

Working closely with our Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing a cross-channel communication strategy to achieve our ambitious marketing goals.

With your expertise and track record of success, you will lead and empower a team of experts across multiple channels.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a crosschannel communication strategy to increase brand awareness, user base, and website and app traffic
  • Plan and execute campaigns across various channels to engage users and achieve specific business goals
  • Lead and develop a team of communication experts by setting clear expectations, providing guidance, and equipping them with the necessary tools and framework for success
  • Collaborate with your team to coordinate communication activities, prioritize channels for scaling and experimentation, and expand to new channels
  • Create and execute content partnerships and user acquisition initiatives on social media platforms
  • Evaluate and prioritize new and existing communication opportunities with your team
  • Build strong relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders and partner brands
  • Act as the communication advocate for Kitchen Stories, ensuring that all actions consider the impact on our users, retention, and overall traffic

Requirements:

  • Highly skilled marketing professional with experience in brand and campaign management and a passion for food
  • Proven experience in a publisher, app, or new media marketing environment
