Become part of our team and work in our legal department on future-oriented network expansion projects, full-time (39 hours per week), as a
Full-time Lawyer for Energy Networks (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities:

Legal support for complex network expansion projects, including securing pipelines and facilities
Coordination and support of public law procedures, such as approval procedures, spatial planning, and land acquisition
Legal management of procurement processes, including EU procurement procedures
Negotiations with authorities, companies, and landowners
Implementation of relevant laws and regulations in contracts and internal processes
Preparation of companyspecific contracts, such as facility acquisition contracts, technical and commercial service and work contracts, usage and permission agreements, and construction contracts
Legal advice and participation in crossdepartmental projects
Representation of the company in associations and expert committees.
