Your responsibilities as a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d):

  • Processing customer orders from order entry, to scheduling, to invoicing and delivery
  • Handling inquiries, creating and tracking quotes, and general correspondence
  • Maintaining close contact (via email/phone) with our national and international customers
  • Supporting the outside sales team

Your qualifications as a Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d):

  • Completed commercial education
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Proficient in using an ERP system (knowledge of Navision is a plus) and MS Office
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in export, shipping, and possibly customs processing
  • Knowledge of creating relevant documents is a plus
  • Organizational skills, communication skills, and a team
