We are looking for a
Team Leader (m/f/d) for the Service Desk in
Bruchsal for our partner
starting immediately.


Your Responsibilities

  • Leading the Service Desk team and ensuring hotline availability
  • Initiating necessary escalations (internal or external)
  • Direct collaboration with internal IT (e.g. 2nd level support, network team) and specialist departments
  • Continuous optimization of IT service processes and involvement in the selection of new tools
  • Planning and conducting internal trainings

Your Skills

  • A degree in IT, completed training with a focus on IT, or a comparable qualification
  • At least initial experience in team leadership
  • Good support knowledge (Windows 10, MS Office, ticket system)
  • At least basic ITIL knowledge, certification is an advantage
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
