Are you interested in working in scheduling and looking for a position in Berlin-Adlershof? We are currently seeking service-oriented Call Center Agents (m/w/d) for a company in the information and telecommunications technology industry to handle scheduling for business clients (no sales involved).

Your future responsibilities:

  • You will schedule appointments with clients of the IT company
  • You will actively participate in marketing and telephone campaigns for IT services/hardware (no sales involved)

What sets you apart:

  • You are a communicative person and enjoy making phone calls
  • Providing excellent customer service is important to you
  • Ideally, you have experience in sales and/or promotion
  • You are motivated and have a strong attention to quality, career changers are welcome
  • Your German language skills are excellent in both written and spoken form
  • You are familiar with MS Office
