- Leading the product discovery and design process from ideation to implementation, which includes conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, writing user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Gaining a deep understanding of the business and its metrics to guide solution creation and design thinking for business growth.
- Contributing to the overall strategy and decision-making in terms of product direction and user experience.
- Effectively communicating product needs and opportunities to key stakeholders, such as executives, team members, and clients.
- Working closely with developers throughout the ideation and implementation phases, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project milestones delivery.
- Advocating for user needs to ensure that product solutions and design choices are based on user research and feedback. Conducting assumption and usability tests for solution validation.
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of solution and design deliverables across the software development lifecycle. Brainstorming, designing, and delivering high-quality product enhancements.
- 5+ years of UX and UI design experience in software development.
- Demonstrated experience in product management, preferably within a technology or software development setting.
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma preferred).
- Ability to work independently, exploring concepts from inception to completion.
- Proven skill in crafting simple solutions to complex user problems.
- Experience in tackling intricate issues that span organizational boundaries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and conveying complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Critical and strategic thinking to tackle design and project management challenges.
