- Interact with DoD customers to provide technical expertise on L3H systems
- Develop roadmap for system upgrades and changes
- Organize and manage key engineering tasks
- Oversight on requirements analysis and allocation
- Generate design documentation and specifications
- Ensure technical performance and quality
- Manage project schedule, budget, and risk
- Lead systems engineering teams
- Develop responses for customer inquiries and proposals
- Employ best practices in product design
- Conform to established policies and procedures
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 12 years of related experience. Graduate Degree with at least 10 years of related experience. Alternatively, 16 years of systems engineering experience in absence of a degree.
- Active Secret or Top-Secret US DoD clearance preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Leadership abilities to guide technical direction
- Understanding of wireless communication theory
- Experience with LTE, 4G, and 5G systems
- Knowledge of software programmable architectures
- Expertise in risk and project management
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Experience in requirements management and product development
- Proficiency in various software tools
