    We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Valuations & Opinions team in our Atlanta, GA office. Senior Analysts act as generalists, gaining extensive experience while working on a variety of client engagements. Engagement types include ESOP advisory and valuation/financial opinions.

    What you will be doing:
    Developing financial models and analytical support for ESOP transactions, financial opinions and other valuation engagements

    Preparing client deliverables including valuation reports, presentations, information memoranda and marketing materials

    Performing company, industry, market and competitor research and due diligence

    Participating in client discussions and due diligence meetings

    Communicating and establishing relationships both internally with project teams and externally with clients


    Position Requirements:
    Bachelor degree in finance/accounting/economics

    2 – 4 years of combined valuation and/or financial analysis experience

    Proficiency utilizing Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment prioritizing tasks, working on multiple assignments and managing tight timelines in a team environment

    Strong work ethic and personal integrity, with the willingness to work long hours and travel as needed
