Description

Skill: Sr. Application Support Engineer (.Net Full Stack)

Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Developing and Maintaining/Supporting Applications.
Trouble shoot and diagnose customer issues, documenting recreating steps.
Design and development of N- Tier applications using MVC, VB, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, SQL Server, My SQL, Oracle, db2, Mongo DB.
Drive code reviews, enforce standards and best practices for application support and maintenance.
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and growth.
Assist in hiring and onboarding of new technical staff.
Following best practice secure coding guidelines, such as OWASP, the teams coding standards.
Integrate Third-Party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
Develop and maintain microservices architecture for scalability and flexibility.
Implement change requests for small to medium functional modifications or enhancements to Legacy Applications.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
Working directly with end users to create effective solutions.
Working on cloud capabilities including monitoring, software updating, and management of product line.
Attend daily and weekly meetings with Offshore and other stakeholders.

Technical Skills ;

An understanding of software patterns and practices, affinity for developing unit tests with complete code coverage.
Experience in Application Support and Maintenance Process, ITIL Process and Service areas.
Should have 2 to 3 years coding experience in VB, VB.NET C# application development.
Experience in developing Web applications and using Ionic framework is a plus.
46 years of relevant work experience within a Full stack .Net development role.
Must have foundational, logical, and creative level experience with many technologies including .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, Rest, WebAPI, HTML5, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with REST API(s), Windows Server, IIS, Apache.
Good understanding of one of SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle, MySQL.
Some experience with testing automation tools.
Experience with tools like Team Foundation Server.
Experience on cloud-based platforms like Azure, AWS a plus.
Ability to diagnose & address application issues.
Must be able to maintain new and existing code (bug fixes, refactoring, feature additions).
Excellent analytical, Interpersonal and Communication skills, fast learner, hardworking and versatile team player.
Must be able to balance multiple projects at once.
