We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives with a focus on fraud prevention in the credit industry in Taylor Corners, CT.

Your responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for early detection of fraudulent credit card and loan applications with the support of various systems.
  • You report all fraudulent transactions to Visa and Mastercard and process fraud charges on card accounts.
  • You handle and resolve transaction disputes.
  • You review and respond to external security inquiries.
  • You communicate with customers via phone and other channels.
  • You work with various customerrelated IT systems.
  • You actively contribute to improving and standardizing customer service processes.
  • You handle all administrative tasks as needed.
