Care assistant (m/f/d) for our shared living communities in Lichtenberg


We are a non-profit society for needs-oriented care with heart and expertise in our senior day care as well as in our ambulatory (including gerontopsychiatric) care services and senior shared living communities in the districts of Berlin.

The position is available in part-time or full-time with a weekly working time of 30.0 to 40.0 hours. The position is permanent, with the desire for a long-term cooperation.

Your responsibilities:

  • Taking over and caring for the residents of each shared living community according to the care and support assignment
  • Discussing and clarifying individual needs with the residents and/or relatives/caregivers
  • Providing guidance, motivation, and assistance in relearning and independently performing activities of daily living
  • Comprehensive support with household tasks to maintain order
