    Description

    Our client is adding a Sr. Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to their existing team.u00A0 This person will be the lead for processing and developing Azure solutions based on predefined guidelines and best practices so that the developed solution fits within the enterprise architecture for system portfolios, integration requirements and many other areas. As a Sr. Infrastructure Cloud Engineer this position will be responsible for collaborating across teams to plan and design Infrastructure solutions and services. The candidates' responsibilities will range from global planning and project execution, to maintaining the Enterprise Architecture Repository. The candidate will coordinate with functional Architects, I.T. Managers, Project Managers and Vendors to deliver solutions to leadership for approval as part of the IT infrastructure project lifecycle.
    PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Owns the designed solution deliverables in support of large complex I.T. Projects.
    • Maintain and implement Enterprise Architecture repository - Project Design Assets, Technology Standards, Risks Tracking, Score Cards, SBARS, Technicalu00A0Strategy, Quoting Templates, RFI Responses.
    • Manage Enterprise Architecture repository workflow including change management.
    • Integrate Disaster Recovery into all aspects of solution design work.
    • Ability to create formal executive level summaries and recommendations.
    • Experience working in a "weak matrix" environment is a must, Experience collaborating closely with other functional and technical teams will be required.
    • Ability to review complex IT infrastructure deliverables, provide direction, ensure concurrence between technical teams.
    • Formally documents and raises all technology risks, work with functional architects and vendors to design, document and implement exceptions to system standards. (i.e. software out of support, capacity issues, stability issues, security issues, nonstandard vendor requirements, etc.)
    • Create, modify, support Azure resources.
    • Monitor Azure consoles for alerts.
    • Process ticket queue for Azure requests.
    • Level 1 cloud infrastructure support.
    • Position does require to be part of an on-call rotation.
    • AWS infrastructure experience is a plus, but a very small part of the technology stack.u00A0
    • Experience in a Health Care environment is a Big Plus.
