    Description

    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team.

    As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish.

    This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, and ensuring the successful completion of the project.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
    • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or similar software
    • Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis to ensure projects remain within budget
    • Utilize Prolog or other construction management software to track project progress and document changes
    • Review and interpret civil 3D drawings, schematics, and blueprints
    • Oversee the bidding process using HeavyBid or similar software
    • Monitor construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
    • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager or similar role
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in Primavera or similar project scheduling software
    • Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools
    • Familiarity with Prolog or other construction management software
    • Experience working with civil 3D drawings and blueprints
    • Ability to utilize HeavyBid or similar software for bidding purposes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problemsolving abilities
