Description
Duties


  • Develop and manage a data collection, analysis, and reporting project plan to support the implementation of performance-based contracting.
  • Notify relevant task leads of project timelines, milestones, phases, work requests, target dates, and approved executable data management related tasks.
  • Identify and manage project risk, and develop risk mitigation strategies, and track to closure.
  • Monitor project milestones and phases and take corrective action as needed to ensure the project remains on schedule.
  • Direct data collection activities for performance-based contracting among applicable vendors.
  • Manage data reporting plan to ensure timeliness and accuracy or data collection, analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor the activities of the Performance Analysis Services (PAS) vendor to ensure contract compliance.
  • Solicit, collect and compile recommendations for data management systems improvements to support project objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all reporting to ODP's Provider Performance Review Subcommittee.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all reporting for ODP's Quarterly Provider Forums or successor venues.
  • Manage data governance process for performance-based contracting reporting to external parties.
  • Maintain performance-based contracting measure sets data definitions and documentation.
  • Support Quality Management Division in evaluation and adjustment of performance measures.

$ $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:


  • Project management: 5 years (preferred)
  • Data collection and management and reporting: 5 years (preferred)
  • Data validation: 5 years (preferred)
  • Data modeling: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Harrisburg, PA preferred)
