Woods Creek, WA - LengerichYour Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creating, editing, and submitting applications and reports
- You will support and advise employees on all travelrelated matters
- You will review entry requirements, EU notifications, and handle visa matters
- You will provide assistance to employees during their travels
- You will continuously optimize existing processes
- You will process incoming invoices from service providers (flights, hotels, rental cars, trains, etc.)
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
- You have several years of experience in a commercial department, ideally in the travel sector with visa procurement and EU posting guidelines
- You are proficient in using booking portals
- You are skilled in using MS Office, knowledge of SAP is a plus
- You have good written and spoken English skills
