- Reporting directly to the Head of Legal and acting as a sparring partner
- Providing legal advice and support to all departments (especially sales, ecommerce, purchasing, marketing, IT) on all legal matters (including civil law, commercial, corporate, real estate, data protection, intellectual property, IT/telecommunications law)
- Preparing (brief) expert opinions
- Giving recommendations for action
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and participating in projects
- Preparing for and attending court and outofcourt negotiations
- Managing external law firms and experts
- Fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd state examination) with good exam results
- Generalist with relevant professional experience in the legal department of a (mediumsized) company or a law firm
- Expertise in one of the abovementioned areas of law, including a willingness to familiarize yourself with other areas of law
