Reporting directly to the Head of Legal and acting as a sparring partner
Providing legal advice and support to all departments (especially sales, ecommerce, purchasing, marketing, IT) on all legal matters (including civil law, commercial, corporate, real estate, data protection, intellectual property, IT/telecommunications law)
Preparing (brief) expert opinions
Giving recommendations for action
Drafting and reviewing contracts and participating in projects
Preparing for and attending court and outofcourt negotiations
Managing external law firms and experts

Fully qualified lawyer (1st and 2nd state examination) with good exam results
Generalist with relevant professional experience in the legal department of a (mediumsized) company or a law firm
Expertise in one of the abovementioned areas of law, including a willingness to familiarize yourself with other areas of law
Independent
