- Bachelor's degree in human services/social work/rehabilitation or mental health services. Preferred CADC or LCADC credentials and Pre-Vocational experience.
- Or an Associates degree and two years experience in human services field
- Or five years of experience in the human services field.

Overview: A currently competent counselor who delivers professional care to our Adult Partial Care Program. The Adult Partial Care Counselor has the primary responsibility for service coordination, provision, or arrangement of services needed, personal advocacy, and documentation. For candidates who are seeking or who have a L/CADC, supervision hours will be available upon request.
