RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Direct contact person for employees and managers for all personnelrelated questions
  • Ensuring all tasks of operational personnel work
  • Managing and optimizing all operational personnel processes
  • Creating legally relevant documents
  • Creating and maintaining personnel statistics
  • Collaboration with the works council
  • Responsibility for personnel data maintenance
  • Interface to service providers, authorities, and institutions

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Successfully completed degree with a focus on personnel or completed commercial vocational training with further education in the field of personnel
  • Relevant professional experience in personnel support
  • Solid and practical knowledge in the areas of labor law, social security, and income tax law
  • Enjoyment of working with modern personnel software
  • Open, communicative personality and strong team player mentality
  • Good German skills (C1)
  • Good English skills
